Terms & Conditions

The following are the general Terms & Conditions & rules constituting the agreement under which apartment is permitted to be used by Guests and are binding on them.

1. TARIFF: The Accommodation Charges are subject to change from time to time . Kindly have tariff details taken from booking –office on e-mail to avoid any discrepancies.

2. PAYMENTS: All Accommodation Charges and payments are to be paid in advance in Cash/Cheque/Credit card and all miscellaneous bills to be paid on presentation in cash only

3. GUESTS BELONGINGS: Guests are particularly requested to lock the doors of their Apartment when going out or when going to bed. The company will not in any way, whatsoever, be responsible for the loss of the residents goods or other properties not entrusted to the management or for damage thereafter whether due to the neglect of apartment servants or agents or any other cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage.

4. HAZARDOUS GOODS: Storing of liquor , cinema films, raw and exposed, or any other articles of a combustible or hazardous nature, in residential room or store room is strictly prohibited.

5. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY: Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to the apartment properties by them their friends or any other person for whom they are responsible.

6. RELATION BETWEEN COMPANY AND GUEST: Nothing herein above shall constitute or be deemed to constitute any tenancy or sub-tenancy or any right or interest in the apartment premises or any part of portion thereof in favour of any guest or resident and the company shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession and control of the whole of the apartment premises.

7. MANAGEMENTS RIGHTS: The management reserves to itself the absolute right of admission to any person in the apartment premises and to request any guest to vacate or shift his or her room without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever and the guest shall be bound to vacate when asked to do so. In default the management will be entitled to remove the luggage and belongings of the guests from the apartment occupied by him or her and lock the apartment.

8. GOVERNMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS: Guests are requested to observe the government rules and regulations in force from time to time in respect of Registration, Alcoholic drinks, firearms etc,

9. AMENDMENT OF RULES: The management reserves to itself the right to add or alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules.

10. PETS: Dogs and other animals are not allowed in the apartments.

11. SAFETY: The Guests are requested to lock the apartment before retiring.

12. LAUNDRY: Services are available at a charge on request; management does not take any responsibility for Guest Clothes.

13. PAYMENT BY FOREIGNERS: As per the Reserve Bank of India Rules, foreign guests are required to settle their bills in foreign currency. Foreign guests making payments in Indian currency are required to produce the encashment certificate obtained by them at the time of changing their foreign currency.

14. TELEPHONE CALLS: Charges at prescribed rates will be levied on all Inland Telephone calls at rates decided by the management from time to time.

15. ACCIDENTS: The management does not hold itself responsible for any accidents, however caused whether by use of electrical gadgets, mechanical appliances etc or by natural cause including acts of god, resulting in either loss or damage to themselves and/or their property.

16. ELECTRIC OR POWER SUPPLY: In case of power failure from power supply company then in that event, apartment guest will be charged full rates and no rebate will be given on room tariff.

17. MANAGEMENT: Reserves the rights of admissions and also can requests the guests to shift from one apartment to any other apartment without giving prior notice & without assigning the reasons or even ask the guests to leave without assigning any reason.

18. DEPARTURE: “CHECK-OUT” Time is 11.00 am . If Guest wish to stay up to 6 p.m. and the apartment is available guest will be charged at half the normal daily rate for the apartment. Guests desiring to depart before their fixed departure are requested to inform the management 24 hours before their departure.

19. TIMINGS: No visitors are allowed after 10 p.m. in the apartment , else will be chargeable .

20. MANAGEMENTS LIEN ON VISITORS LUGGAGE AND BELONGINGS: In case of default in payments of dues by a guest the management shall be entitled to a lien on the luggage and belongings and to detain the same.
